Hardausee-Triathlon Jedermann 2026

The Hardausee-Triathlon Jedermann takes place in mid-June at Hardausee in Suderburg, Lower Saxony. It is a straightforward race following the standard swim-bike-run format, offering a sprint option of 500 metres swimming, 20 km cycling, and 5 km running, alongside a longer short-distance option of 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling, and 10 km running. The swim utilizes the lake setting, while the bike and run legs are on road courses. "Jedermann" signifies that the event is open to all, welcoming beginners, relay teams, and local age-group athletes alongside experienced triathletes. Anticipated participation includes around 150 sprint individuals, 125 short-distance individuals, and small relay entries for both distances. VfL Suderburg v. 1912 is the organizing club.
