Sobre esta prova
Lahti Juoksu is a Spartan obstacle-race weekend in Lahti, a city in southern Finland within the Salpausselka UNESCO Global Geopark. The event is structured as a Trifecta Weekend, allowing runners to complete multiple Spartan distances during the same race weekend instead of a single standard course.
The course leads participants through forests and over rugged trails, with the Salpausselka Ridge visible throughout. The terrain around Lahti was formed by continental glacier meltwater over 12,000 years ago, giving the race a distinct character compared to typical park or road events. The weekend also hosts the Para World Championships, integrating adaptive athletes into the obstacle-racing environment.
