23 km du Mont-Blanc 2026

The 23 km du Mont-Blanc is a mountain trail race held in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Haute-Savoie, in late June. It is part of the Marathon du Mont-Blanc program. The course covers approximately 23 to 24 kilometers with about 1,600 meters of elevation gain. The race begins at 8:00 AM, and participants have six hours to complete it. It holds a UTMB Index 20K label, contributing to runners' UTMB system results. The 23 km du Mont-Blanc fits between the shorter 10 km race and the longer Mont-Blanc distances. The event family also includes a 42 km, 90 km, vertical kilometer, and a 21 km duo race. Recent editions saw nearly 2,000 finishers. The leading runners finish in just over two hours, with competitors hailing from Kenya, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
