Sobre esta prova
Trail de Bouzey is a nature-running event held at Base Roland Naudin in Chaumousey, situated by Lac de Bouzey near Epinal. The primary long race covers 30 km with 500 meters of elevation gain, commencing in the early afternoon. This event takes place in autumn, with E.S. Thaon Athletisme serving as a partner organizer.
The schedule also features a 9 km trail offering 100 meters of climbing, and a 18.2 km semi-night trail with 300 meters of elevation gain, available for solo runners or two-person teams. Additionally, a 9 km walk allows participants to enjoy the lake environment without competing. Younger runners, from age 6, have their own shorter races, ranging from a 700 m E-Trail to Mini-Trail distances between 1.5 and 4.5 km. The 9 km race is open to disabled athletes. Participants travel from across the department and beyond, with bib collection available on-site at Base Roland Naudin.
