Sobre esta prova
Bieg do Orła is a small 4 km race in Cedynia, limited to 50 participants and centered on Góra Czcibora. It takes place in late June, beginning at 10:00 a.m., and uses an OPEN category for women and men instead of separate age or elite fields. The organizer is Cedyński Ośrodek Kultury i Sportu. Sign-ups are available online, by phone, in person, and on race morning if spots remain.
The route begins near Góra Czcibora and leads runners over dirt, sand, grass, and concrete through adjacent forest areas. Its defining feature is the hill: participants ascend Góra Czcibora twice in a race that is otherwise brief. Past route details indicated the start at the municipal stadium and the finish on the main platform below Góra Czcibora, including a segment on the Osinów-Cedynia pedestrian-cycle path. The event connects running with Cedynia’s local history and community, aligning with the race’s name, “Bieg do Orła,” and its Cedynia 972 theme.
