Półmaraton Górski - Ostre 2026

The Ostre Mountain Half Marathon takes place in Dolina Zimnika, Gmina Lipowa, Silesia. The main race is 21.097 km on a single lap, with a 4-hour time limit. A free 3 km run is also available. The start and finish lines are located at the parking lot near Hotel Zimnik, which functions as the event's base. The course leads through mountain trails from Dolina Zimnika, passing Kościelec and Malinowa Skała, with Skrzyczne marking the highest elevation. The runner limit is 200 participants, open to adults, including those from uniformed services. The event includes a police-affiliated cup, associated with the Voivodeship Police Commander in Katowice and the Voivodeship NSZZ Police leadership. Local police, Lipowa Commune, Żywiec county officials, and the Węgierska Górka Forest District are involved in its organization.
