Runmageddon górski Myślenice

Runmageddon Górski Myślenice is a muddy obstacle race in the hills near Myślenice, designed as a terrain test rather than a straightforward run. Participants select from formats like Intro, Rekrut, Hardcore, and Ultra, allowing for either a brief initial attempt or an extended challenge across the course. Regardless of the chosen distance, the race disrupts running momentum with walls, crawling segments, mud, and queues at obstacles. The obstacles are as significant as the running itself: shorter formats begin around 15 obstacles, while the Ultra can extend to 140. This requires more than just leg strength; hands, balance, patience, and problem-solving are all engaged. Adults participate alongside children, families, and U-16 starters, creating a start area that blends focused anticipation with familial sounds. Children navigate their own muddy course featuring at least 15 obstacles, and the Family format adapts this concept into a joint extreme adventure.
