Sobre esta prova
Nočný beh mestom Lučenec is a 4.5 km night run in Lučenec, Slovakia. The start and finish are at the city’s Synagogue on Adyho Street. The race begins at 19:30, meaning runners will complete the route after dark on illuminated city streets, not on trails or park paths. The course is asphalt, and the 4.5 km distance applies to both the main and junior races.
The City of Lučenec and OZ Novohrad are organizing the event. Marian Duzbaba is the race director, and Mgr. Pavol Baculík is the chairman of the organizing committee. The participant limit is 350 runners, divided into men’s, women’s, and junior categories, with age groups up to 39, 40-49, and 50+. The entry package includes a metal finisher medal, a race number with the event logo, refreshments, medical service, a show program, and an emailed photo collage for each participant. A recent edition was associated with European Mobility Week, aligning with a short city race focused on movement through Lučenec’s streets.
