14th Annual Race for Case 2026

Race for Case starts and finishes at Case CLC on Garman Road in Akron, Ohio, with a 5K run/walk and a 1-mile fun run starting in the morning. It is a school-centered community race, and the entry options make room for both regular 5K participants and younger runners, with special pricing for ages 17 and under. The money goes directly toward students at Case CLC, which gives the race a more practical purpose than a generic school fundraiser. Past profits helped build a permanent greenhouse on campus and paid for digital microscopes, a VR system, and school events. Race for Case is also part of the Akron Promise City Series, a group of neighborhood races that supports local organizations, youth opportunity, exploring Akron, and healthy habits.
