2026 Louisiana Triathlon

The Louisiana Triathlon offers a Standard Sprint (800m swim, 18-mile bike, 5K run). A Beginner Division features a 400m swim. Teams can form a 2 or 3 Person Relay. The Duathlon includes an 18-mile bike and a 5K run. This event is the 2025 USAT State Championship Triathlon. Awards must be claimed on race day.
