#TeamTenisa Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Walk Run Roll! 5K is a Saturday morning June event at James A. Brown Park in Hinesville, Georgia. It is a 5K where participants can run, walk, roll, or support from the sidelines, with a virtual option for those unable to attend in person. The event runs from 9 AM to noon, with registration before the start, and it raises awareness for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis in memory of Tenisa.
The event centers on James A. Brown Park at 800 Tupelo Trail, the same Hinesville setting used for earlier editions of the #TeamTenisa walk-run-roll. Families, individuals, community groups, runners, walkers, and supporters are all welcome. The day includes refreshments, trophies, games, raffles, and event T-shirts, and #TeamTenisa also connects the race to broader Crohn’s and colitis awareness work through its partnership with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
