City of Roses Half Marathon & 5K 2026

The 46th Annual City of Roses Half Marathon and 5K in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, features a paved trail course through residential areas, horse farms, and woods. The 5K is a flat, fast USATF Certified Course. Post-race amenities include food, local beer, pancakes, coffee, and snacks at the Osage Center. An early start is available for walkers and non-competitive runners.
