Fruitport Old Fashioned Days 5K and Memorial Mile 2026

The Fruitport Old Fashioned Days race begins at Fruitport Middle School in Fruitport, Michigan. Both the 5K run/walk and the Memorial Mile Fun Run start at 8:00 AM. The 5K is the primary timed event, while the mile offers a shorter, fun-run option suitable for families, children, and those seeking a less competitive distance. Both races commence at the intersection of 7th and Beech streets. The 5K concludes on the school's track, near the 20-yard line. Packet pickup is available at the concession stand by the track starting at 7:00 AM. Race-day registration remains open until 7:45 AM, with parking provided at the middle school. The 5K employs chip timing through MITime Race Management, featuring age divisions from under 10 to 80+, along with awards for top finishers and masters. The Memorial Mile does not use age groups, providing an award for all participants.
