Lean Horse Ultra Marathon 2026

Since 2005, the Lean Horse Ultra Marathon in the Black Hills of South Dakota has challenged runners. Starting from the Custer Track, the event includes the 30 Mile Lean Horse Ultra Marathon and begins with a Black Hills CrossFit movement.
