Lighthouse 5k Series September 2, 2026

The Lighthouse 5k Series is a summer Wednesday-morning race held at The Whalehead Club in Corolla, North Carolina, located within Historic Corolla Park. It features a 5k run/walk and a 1 Mile race, both beginning at 8 AM with race-morning check-in available at the start line. The event is designed for vacationers and families, offering walk-up registration, onsite parking, and restrooms. Each participant receives chip timing, an event shirt, and a finisher medallion. The 5k course winds through the Historic Village of Corolla Light, incorporating the Northern Outer Banks scenery and passing local historic attractions instead of a standard road loop.
