Pelican Yacht Club Turkey Trot 5K

The Pelican Yacht Club Turkey Trot 5K begins at 7 a.m. EST on Thanksgiving morning on South Hutchinson Island. This public 5K is hosted by the Pelican Yacht Club, which opens its doors to non-members for a holiday run benefiting Jaycee Park and the local running community. The route winds through neighborhood streets, reaches Ocean Boulevard, includes a jog along the jetty, and finishes back at the Pelican Yacht Club in time for Thanksgiving dinner plans. The race, though in its early editions, is capped at 750 participants and has sold out previously. Non-runners can purchase Zero-K passes, support friends and family, and enjoy poolside mimosas, drinks, and snacks post-run.
