Run for Your Life: 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run & Trick or Treat Trot

Run for Your Life, a Halloween-themed race, takes place at the Ruby Grant trails in Norman. The event offers a 5K, a 1-mile fun run or walk, and a youth Trick or Treat Trot, all hosted by Norman Parks & Rec. This annual fall event is designed for families, runners, walkers, and children, with costumes encouraged from the beginning. The course follows the Ruby Grant trail system, featuring spooky elements and Halloween surprises.
