Run Like an Animal 5k and 1 mile walk

The Run Like an Animal 5k offers awards for pets and runners alike, with each pet receiving a finisher award dog treat. Age group winners get a stuffed teddy bear, and the top 1 male and female overall receive prize money. A porta john is available near registration and halfway through the course. Chip timing results allow for a quick departure after enjoying fruit salad and cookies. Proceeds benefit a local animal shelter.
