Zintel Canyon 4K 2026

The Zintel Canyon 4K is a 4 km, or 2.5 mile, run in Kennewick, Washington, starting and finishing at 7th and Vancouver. It is held in Zintel Canyon on the Spirit of America Trail, with an 8:00 a.m. start and a simple local-race setup: entry includes a T-shirt, the race is not chip timed, and finish times are recorded by hand before results are posted. The route goes out and back on the same trail, using paved, gravel, and dirt sections. Runners climb gradually from the trailhead to the turnaround near 24th and Ely, gaining about 85 feet over 1.25 miles, then come back downhill to the finish. The run is in its tenth edition, and proceeds support summer activities for Tri-Cities youth through Prayer Watch Christian Center.
