The Frankston Running Festival presented by The Athlete's Foot offers a typical coastal-race atmosphere: spectators nearby, a dedicated race for children, and sufficient course management to allow participants to focus on their run. The route proceeds along the Nepean Highway towards Eel Race Road, Carrum, before returning. This course design allows runners to anticipate the return journey.
