21K DE PIPA - FESTIVAL 2026

Festival 21K de Pipa is a multi-sport race weekend in Praia da Pipa, Tibau do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte, held each October. Running is the main focus, with 5K, 10K, 21K, and 30K distances available, accommodating first-time runners, regular road racers, and those seeking a longer beach-town challenge. The event has been held for over eight years and is structured as a full festival, not just a single race. The courses are set in Pipa, with the beach destination influencing the weekend's atmosphere as much as the distances. The program also features open-water swimming, duathlon, beach tennis, altinha, and kids' races from 200 to 800 meters for ages 2 to 13. Over 25,000 athletes have participated in the 21K de Pipa throughout its history, with more than 70% of participants traveling from outside Rio Grande do Norte. The event draws a significant visitor crowd, generating over 30 million reais in local economic impact during event days, and runners receive kits, medals, and medical support.
