Circuito das Estações 2026 - Inverno - Palmas

The Winter Neon Night Run is part of the Circuito das Estações in Palmas, Paraná. The start is located in front of Academia CT Kratos Gym. The event features a 5K street run, a 3K walk, and a Kids race. The children's race begins in the late afternoon, followed by the adult run and walk in the evening. The 5K route includes a published map and a downloadable GPX file. Starts are organized by pace groups: red for elite runners (under 3:59/km), blue for 4:00-5:30/km, green for slower runners, and orange for walkers. Participants include children, walkers, club runners, faster racers, and age-group competitors in five-year brackets. The athlete kit contains a shirt, bib, insurance, medal, neon accessories, and a timing chip for the 5K. Awards will be presented later in the evening.
