BAUHAUS Firmenlauf Mannheim

The BAUHAUS Firmenlauf Mannheim begins and ends at the Ehrenhof of Mannheim Palace, transforming the city’s baroque courtyard into the gathering place for thousands of workplace teams after work. This 5 km corporate road run is open to companies, institutions, and organizations, with participants ranging from solo entrepreneurs and craft firms to large corporations. Held annually since 2016, it is Mannheim’s largest sporting evening event, attracting approximately 5,001 to 10,000 participants across five staggered start times to manage the field. The course is a compact city loop through Mannheim’s Quadrate and along the Rhine embankment, offering runners views of both the gridded city center and the riverfront within a single, short race. Timing services are provided, adult finishers receive medals, and team rankings are announced at the post-race ceremony. The event emphasizes the company outing aspect, featuring live music on the course, cheerleaders, and an after-run party at the palace grounds with live music, food, and networking opportunities for colleagues from the region.
