Kulmbach Spartan Trifecta Weekend

In Kulmbach, Spartan runners will encounter hills, mud, water, meadow, fire, and sand during a Bavarian obstacle race weekend. This event is part of Spartan Race, the world's largest obstacle-race series, and includes distances from a short Sprint to a half-marathon Beast. Children's races are also available, with Kids Race courses of 800 m, 1,600 m, and 3,200 m for ages 4 to 13. The main races utilize the trails of the Frankenwald. The Beast covers a half-marathon distance with 32 obstacles. The Sprint is 5 km with 20 obstacles, offering newcomers a first Spartan race without the commitment of longer formats. The Super is 10 km with 25 obstacles, suitable for runners seeking a more challenging day. Some participants aim for the Trifecta by completing the Sprint, Super, and Beast within the weekend.
