Sparkassen Advents-Cross der LG Nordheide 2026

Jahnplatz am Schützengehölz in Winsen (Luhe) hosts the Sparkassen Advents-Cross der LG Nordheide, a cross-country running event held near Advent. Organized by LG Nordheide, it takes place off-stadium, not on roads, with races for children and adults over 4 km, 5 km, and 9 km. The running occurs in the Winsener Schützengehölz, between Jahnplatz and the Stadthallenparkplatz, utilizing laps instead of a point-to-point course. The schedule includes categories for U10, U12, U14, U16, women from U18, men from U18, active runners, and masters, functioning as a club cross-country day for many age groups. This event is part of the “Cross am 2. Advent” series and is in its 50th edition. Winners receive prizes donated by Sparkasse Harburg-Buxtehude, with awards also given to the fastest three-person teams.
