O tomto preteku
Spartan Race Kulmbach begins in the market square of Kulmbach, a town in Upper Franconia, northern Bavaria. This obstacle racing weekend offers Sprint, Super, or Beast distances, accommodating everyone from those trying a shorter Spartan format to athletes prepared for a demanding day. The event involves more than just running; participants will climb, carry, lift, crawl, jump, and navigate the course's varied terrain.
The course incorporates the town and adjacent forest trails, featuring hills, mud, water, grass, fire, and sand. Plassenburg, the castle overlooking Kulmbach, serves as a distinct local landmark, while the town's brewing tradition adds another regional element. Over 4,500 participants from 32 countries have competed here, with a Radio Plassenburg party scheduled after the races on Saturday.
