Betagarri Trail is a mountain trail race held in Ancín, also known as Antzin, Navarra, Spain. Participants can select from three distances: the primary 24K route featuring 1,050 meters of elevation gain, the 15K Ikatz with 660 meters, and the 8.5K Txiki with 280 meters. The race takes place in the Sierra de Lokiz, ensuring even the shortest distance offers a genuine off-road challenge, not just a simple village circuit.
The courses consist of over 85% natural terrain, winding through oak forests, high mountain pastures, ravines, and open ridges overlooking Tierra Estella. Club Deportivo Ancin Freeland is the organizing body for this event, attracting trail runners from Navarra and the broader northern region of Spain. It also holds local competitive significance, serving as the concluding event of the Nafarroako Kopa and contributing points to the Navarro mountain-running standings.
