The Carrera Contra la Violencia de Género is a free 3 km urban race in San Roque, organized by the San Roque City Council. It is a local running event with a clear public message: denouncing gender violence and making that cause visible through sport.
The route starts and finishes in the central Plaza de las Constituciones, running through the streets of San Roque before returning to the same square. Around 200 runners are expected, including athletes from different parts of Cádiz province. Participants can use a cloakroom to leave their belongings during the race.
