Carrera de las Capacidades

The Carrera de las Capacidades is a Spanish running event organized by Fundación Adecco. Participants run in support of disability inclusion and inclusive employment. It takes place in Madrid, Barcelona, and Sevilla, with Valencia added to the circuit this year. A virtual option is also available for those unable to attend the city events. The event structure includes company teams alongside individual runners. Thousands of employees from businesses across Spain join associations, individuals with disabilities, and others contributing to the cause. CISCO sponsors the race, DIGI provides specific support, and over 130 companies are involved. This collaboration positions the event as a workplace social statement from Spain as much as a running competition.
