Ultra Trail Sierra Morena Sevillana 2026

Ultra Sierra Morena Sevillana, a new mountain running event in Seville province, will hold its first edition in December. It features three distances: a 100K main race, a 62K ultra, and a 27K popular race. C.D. Hijos del Viento and the Andalusian federation for mountain sports, climbing, and hiking organize the event, supported by the Diputación de Sevilla through Prodetur. The 100K begins and ends in Las Navas de la Concepción, with a 20-hour completion time. The course passes through Cerro del Hierro, San Nicolás del Puerto, and the Ribera del Huéznar. The 62K starts in San Nicolás del Puerto, runs along the Vía Verde towards Constantina, uses Constantina for support and aid, and concludes in Las Navas de la Concepción within a 16-hour limit. Las Navas de la Concepción, San Nicolás del Puerto, and Constantina are all collaborating on this event, noted as the sole race of its kind in Seville province to date.
