Cross du Heron France Environnement is a cross-country race series in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France, held over a weekend. It features off-road running and includes a Saturday 8.5 km Nordic walk. The Sunday program begins in the morning with youth races, a mixed relay, short cross-country races, and longer races for juniors, women, and men. The course incorporates varied terrain and natural obstacles, resembling traditional cross-country rather than a flat road race. The schedule features races for young age groups: eveils, poussins, benjamins, and minimes. Additionally, there is a 7.26 km mixed relay (two men, two women), a 4.03 km short race, 6.3 km and 6.5 km long races, and a 9 km men's race.
