La Guiboll'run is a nature and trail-running weekend held in La Chapelle-d'Aligné, Sarthe, France. Established in the early 2020s, it offers runners multiple distance options instead of a single fixed length. Participants can choose from short nature runs of approximately 9 or 10 km, middle distances around 15.5 or 16 km, a longer trail of 28 to 30 km, alongside children's races and walking routes. The event begins and ends at Le bois des Semis, emphasizing a local, outdoor focus, with the slogan "Prépare tes Guiboles!" referencing the French word for legs.
The courses traverse areas not typically accessible to the public, including private paths, properties, a castle, stud farms, an equestrian estate, fields, woods, forest, a park, and short stretches of road. Saturday features walks of roughly 6.5 km and 11.5 km. Sunday morning is dedicated to the main nature runs, with an option for a half-marathon relay for teams of two or three. Younger participants have their own short races, typically 1 or 2 km depending on the year. The event's spirit is captured by the motto, "We start together, we finish together." Post-race, attendees can enjoy refreshments, fries, and meals featuring grilled items, a side, cheese, and dessert.
