Mon coeur, ma vie, mon soleil is a small running series in Plélan-le-Petit, Brittany, France. It provides a choice between La Plélannaise, an 8.5 km run for newer runners, and Monta-filante, a 13 km option for those seeking a more challenging route. Short 1.2 km and 0.6 km distances are also available, giving the event a family-friendly aspect. The course features Breton trails and a natural setting.
