O tomto preteku
Elmbridge 10K štartuje aj končí na bežeckej dráhe v Xcel Sports Hub. Trať vedie po časti nábrežnej cesty popri Thames a po miestnych cestách. Na tej nábrežnej ceste musia bežci počítať s protiidúcou premávkou; organizátori radia: "Keep to the right on this section." Meranie času zahŕňa "Chip to chip timing" pre "Personal Time" aj "Gun time" pre "Race Time". Výsledky a ceny sa vyhodnocujú podľa "Race Time". Prihlášky sú "non-refundable".
Všetci, čo dobehnú, dostanú medailu. Finančné ceny sú pre najlepších bežcov a víťazov vekových kategórií, k tomu sú aj tímové trofeje. Slúchadlá sú povolené, ale účastníci "accept full responsibility for your own safety", keďže cesty zostávajú otvorené a pokyny rozhodcov sú prvoradé.
