HYROX Birmingham 2026

HYROX Birmingham opens the HYROX season at the NEC in Birmingham, offering six days of indoor fitness racing in the Midlands. The event follows the standard HYROX format: athletes complete running sections and workout stations, with categories for solo competitors, Doubles teams, or Relay teams splitting the work. The field includes elite fitness racers and regular athletes selecting a format that suits them. Birmingham also features HYROX Youngstars, providing a race for athletes aged 8 to 15. Start times are released shortly before race day, with a provisional schedule available for planning. Athletes are informed in advance that start time changes are not permitted.
