The LAP Anticlockwise presents a new take on the classic Lakeland ultra, beginning near Ambleside and encircling Windermere. This event is considered a key ultra in The Lake District, attracting dedicated ultra runners to its demanding landscape.
Runners traverse an 11.5-mile fell section, with the main instruction to maintain the large lake on their left for the entire circuit. The course challenges experienced ultra runners with a demanding test of stamina and navigation around Windermere.
