Rock Solid Kastellorizo is a small trail-running weekend on Kastellorizo in the Dodecanese, scheduled for late May. The program includes 22 km, 10 km, 5 km, and 1.3 km races, with all races starting from the same point. The 10 km race is a compact but hilly option, with 376 m of climbing and a 2-hour-30-minute cut-off.
The 10 km course goes through the Mounta area on a mix of natural trails and paved roads, with views toward the islet of Ro. Entries for that race are capped at 50, so it is more intimate than a big mass-start event. Adults can enter directly, while runners aged 15 to 17 need parental consent and an adult alongside them. The event is in its fifth edition, runs under the auspices of the Hellenic Federation of Mountain Sports, and includes medals, age-category plaques, awards for the top three overall men and women, and a separate plaque for the first local finisher.
