The Port2Port Chios 10K Run begins in Thymiania on the North Aegean island of Chios. Runners start at 09:45 on a June morning. This is a standalone 10 km road race within the larger Port2Port Chios event weekend, organized by SKINOS Cycling Team and ChiosRunning.
The participant limit is 200 across all races, making it a compact island race rather than a large city event. The course features partial traffic control, with complete road closures in the neutral zone. Water stations are located at 3 km, 5 km, 7 km, and the finish line. Entry covers electronic timing, a technical shirt, bib, timing chip, commemorative gifts, a trophy medal, refreshment support, and a return ferry ticket for athletes and their companions on domestic routes.
