Corricolonna is a 10 km road race held in Colonna, a town in the Rome area of Lazio, starting from Via Colle S. Andrea. The primary distance is 9.9 km, available as both a competitive race and a non-competitive run, with the morning start scheduled for 09:30. A shorter 3.5 km option, "Scopri Colonna," is also offered for those seeking a more relaxed way to participate and explore the town on foot.
The route is described by the organizers as challenging, not intended as a flat, easy run. Competitive entries are open to FIDAL, EPS, and RUNCARD runners, while the non-competitive run allows a wider participation for the same distance. ASD Running Evolution organizes the event, now in its 33rd edition. Past results are maintained separately for men, women, non-competitive runners, and teams. A recent men's winning time of 32:14 indicates that skilled club runners compete at the front.
