Ernica Sky Trail begins and ends at Prato di Campoli in Veroli, Frosinone province. This mountain trail running event takes place in the Ernici hills, offering two race choices: a 10 km path with 800 metres of elevation gain and a 23 km path with 2,000 metres of elevation gain.
The routes traverse trails within the Ernica Regional Natural Park, indicating steep mountain terrain rather than a simple park run. Participation is restricted to adult athletes possessing a valid sports medical certificate. The longer race includes cutoff times at 7 km and 12.5 km. ASD Ernica Veroli is the organizer, with medical assistance provided. A single refreshment station is located at the finish line; no aid is available on the course.
