AVA MICA IT Baanloop (november)

The AVA Mica IT Baanloop is a short November training run held on the AVA athletics track at Sportlaan 43 in Aalsmeer, Netherlands. Participants can select from 1 km, 3 km, or 5 km distances, with all races commencing at 20:00. The entry fee for each distance is €4.00, positioning the event as a straightforward club-style evening session rather than a major road race. The entire run takes place on the athletics track, simplifying the format and allowing for controlled pacing. AV Aalsmeer, a club affiliated with the Atletiekunie, organizes the event.
