Albyløpet 2026

Albyløpet begins at the Main Gate in Alby on Jeløy, with all participants completing a single 3 km course. This is an evening event featuring wave starts, beginning with the youngest participants and concluding with the trim class. Participants must verify their assigned start time, as starting in an incorrect wave can affect results by several minutes and potentially lead to a time adjustment. The race is integrated into the Mossekarusellen series, though individual entry for Albyløpet is also possible. Start numbers will be distributed on race day at Alby. Pre-registration is important, as late entries might not be immediately reflected in the results after registration closes before the initial start. The format emphasizes simplicity and community: a short, shared course suitable for children and casual trim runners, with sufficient wave management to ensure fair timing.
