Backyard Ås - Last Man Standing

Backyard Ås - Last Man Standing is a backyard ultra held at Trudvang forsamlingshus in Lånke, starting at 09:00. All participants run the same 6.706 km loop within one hour. Finishing early allows for rest, changing, or preparation before the next start. The race continues until only one runner can complete a final loop solo. Hell Ultraløperklubb is the organizer, with Lars Erik Gylland serving as race director. Børje Cato Moen holds the course record at 40 loops, covering 268.24 km.
