Lierskogen 6-timers is a six-hour race held in Lierskogen, Viken. Participants can run, jog, or walk for as long as they wish within the six-hour period. The event's structure is intentionally flexible, allowing individuals or teams to compete, catering to serious runners, casual joggers, walkers, and families.
Teams are composed of up to four members, and they determine the length of their own segments rather than adhering to set relay distances. Organizers note this as Norway's first six-hour relay race of its type. Live timing, entertainment, and refreshments will be available.
