Sprek Elveløpet

Sprek Elveløpet is a measured 5 km road race in Verdal, Trøndelag, run along the banks of the Verdalselva river. Verdal Friidrettsklubb and Sprek treningssenter organize it, and the race is held annually as part of Øras Dag. The event includes both a timed race and a non-timed recreational class, catering to fast club runners and those who wish to participate in the local run. Recent results show a compact but competitive field, with athletes from Verdal Friidrettsklubb, Frol IL, Steinkjer Friidrettsklubb, Ogndal IL, Leirådal IL, Rana Friidrettsklubb, Stadsbygd IL, and Dresdner SC in Germany.
