Cable Bay Adventure Park defines this off-road duathlon: trail shoes, bikes, and that gritty feel from run legs split by a proper ride. It's part of the Nelson Triathlon and Multisport Club's annual series, with a straightforward aim: a day of mountain biking and trail running in a picturesque setting.
The format is run, MTB, run, offering short and long options for a sharp hit-out or more time on the trails. The bike course is open-minded, suitable for all MTB, Gravel Bikes, and Electric MTBs, making the start line practical. A free short race for kids U12 who want to participate highlights the club atmosphere.
