The International St. Dominic's Run is a summer road-racing festival in central Gdańsk, named after Saint Dominic. Its main races are 10 km and 5 km, with the 10 km event tied to the Polish Athletics Association national 10 km championships. The event is part of a wider Running Festival and is considered by its organizers as one of Poland's top running meetings, with Lechia Gdańsk Athletics Club involved in bringing runners to the start line. The race is built around the heart of Gdańsk rather than a remote out-and-back course, making it feel like a city event as much as a sports event. The program includes serious athletes chasing championship places, everyday runners choosing the 5 km or 10 km distance, and families through a free 1200 m prologue. Recent editions have also linked the run with side events such as a Night Duathlon, broadening the weekend beyond a single start.
