Unity Sky Run 2026

Unity Sky Run is an indoor stair race held in Krakow's Unity Centre. Participants ascend the skyscraper to the 26th floor. The entire course consists of stairs, making the objective straightforward: reach the top as quickly as possible, with floors climbed and vertical distance serving as the metrics. The event is restricted to adults and utilizes two start waves, each limited to 100 participants. No entry fee is specified. Previous editions attracted between 90 and 120 runners, indicating a smaller-scale competition compared to large road races. The event has featured gifts, prizes, medals, and an awards ceremony following each wave. A relaxation area offers views of the Krakow skyline. Historical results highlight the climb's difficulty at the elite level, with winning times around two and a half minutes for men and just over three minutes for women. One past event included a "Challenge the Champion" element featuring three-time Olympian Grzegorz Sudoł, where six runners surpassed his time.
