5K preteky v blízkosti Fox Crossing

The Monster Dash Run/Walk 5K is a Halloween-themed race held in Spokane’s Manito Park. Costumes are encouraged, and participants dressed as "monsters" are part of the fun. The YMCA Freaky 5K & Mini Monster Dash is an annual autumn run held at Pierce Park in Appleton, Wisconsin. It features a chip-timed 5K Run/Walk and a half-mile Mini Monster Dash for children. The kids’ dash begins the morning's events, with the 5K following, allowing families to participate together. The event accommodates all ages and abilities, offering adult, youth, walking, and virtual 5K choices. The 5K course follows the Fox River, establishing the race within Appleton rather than a generic park setting. Costumes are encouraged, and a participant costume contest takes place after the 5K. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome. All finishers get a custom medal and refreshments. The top three overall male and female 5K finishers receive special recognition. Run Your Heart Across De Pere, started in 2020 for K-6th graders and their families to connect in a fun, healthy, and purposeful way.
