Participants can select the full half marathon on the park's trails or a 5-mile route, accommodating both those seeking a challenging trail run and those preferring a shorter outing. The course winds through protected Suffolk County woodlands, featuring single-track paths, fire trails, sandy areas, and sections alongside ponds.
